He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Olin "Buddy" Mullis, Susie Lee Mullis and Seaborn "Pa" Attaway. He is survived by: his children, Logan Mullis of Dublin, Skylar Mullis of Dublin, Kassidy Mullis (Hunner) of Dublin and Kyleigh Mullis of Dublin; his parents, Denise Mullis of Dublin and Freddie Mullis (Jenna) of Rentz; his siblings, Cameron Lee Mullis of Dublin and Jenna Sue Mullis of Rentz; his grandparents, Lonnie and Judy Upshaw of Cadwell; his niece Leah Warnock of East Dublin; and his nephew Cameron Lane Mullis of East Dublin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
