He is survived by: his wife Leigh Jaques; his children, Shanna Jaques (Thomas McCullough), Tasha Boyt (Shane) and Michael Jaques; his siblings, Deborah Everett, Wendy Jaques (Gerry Chabot), Kathy Meadows (Charles) and Robert Hummel; his grandchildren, Kayla Boyt, Savanna Garner (Chase), Shane Boyt, Jr., Harley Jaques, Kameron Hagan (Joey) and Presley Gillis; his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Ryver, Willow and Wyatt; and his close friends, Linda Mimbs and Teresa Barron.
