She is survived by: her children, Belinda Ellington, Anita Ellington Foreman (Larry), Terry Ellington Kegler, Tina Ellington Baker, Tosha Ellington-Whitehead (David) and Richard Ellington, Jr.; her siblings, Iola O'Neal, Marjorie Smith and Lawson Waters (Pauline); her sister-in-law Winford Waters Ms; her grandchildren, Ashley Ellington, Brent Granville, Cierra Washington, Odell Anderson, Jr., Mary Kegler, Toni Kegler and India Morris (Phillip); her great grandchildren, Keighley Maxwell, Aiden Powell and Peyton Morris; and her niece Jackie O'Neal. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
