He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nelson-Doster of Dublin; his children, Marci Williams (Aric), LaQuisha Blash (Jeffery), Todd Coley, Veronica Coley and Terrence Coley; his siblings, Joanne Bailey of Dublin and Luther Powell of Hawkinsville; his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Jackson of Tacoma Washington, Latan Foster of Orlando, Florida, Adrian Doster of Orlando, Florida, Charvon Bailey (Dee) of Orlando, Florida, Martisha Colbert (Derek), Charmekia Holliverse (Dan) and Jennifer Foster (Issac); his aunts, Patricia Gooden of Fort Lauderdale and Bertha Stephens of Orlando, Florida; his great-aunts, Ruby Carter and Lena Mae Johnson; his mother-in-law Ida Stanley; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Coombs, Ida Nelson, Linda Nelson, Erlene Blash (Terry), ToyLee Nelson, Ronnie Nelson, Lorenzo Nelson and Ricky Nelson. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
