He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Perry and Annie Mae "Jackie" Perry; and his siblings, Ernest Perry, Betty Perry, Felton Perry and Cynthia Perry Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Earl Perry (Shirley) of Dublin, James Perry (Mattie) of Milledgeville, Joann Fullwood (Robert) of Dublin, Edwena Turner (Warren) and Edward Perry, Jr.; his sister-in-law Linda Perry (Evelyn Braddy); and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Pooler and Chiquita Lattimore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
