She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sykes and Rena G. Sykes of Eastman, Georgia.; her husband Robert S. Chase; and her siblings, Pearlie Mae Sykes, Donnie L. King, Laura Williams, Madeline Seals, Sarah Lee Sykes, Bonnie Thomas, Richard Sykes and Tommy Sykes.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Mark Chase and LaMar Chase (Heather); her grandchildren, Jordan, Savannah, Sierra, Sydney, Christian, Jayden, Brandon and Zander; her sisters, Vinell Sykes, Glenda Samuel and Clarice Eudell (Marcus); and her siblings-in-law, Eloise Chase and Russell Chase. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends.
