She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralston A. Moore and Maxie F. Jones; her husbands, Freeman J. Shepard and Harley E. Rouse; and her son James R. "Ross" Shepard.
She is survived by: her son Don Shepard (Nancy); her grandsons, Jeffrey Shepard (Michele), Freeman Shepard (Megan) and David Shepard (Brittiny Lord); her great grandchildren, Jessie, Jake, Sophie and Ruby Shepard; and her friend Glenda Tapley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
