She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Woodard and Lizzie Woodard; her son Gregory "Peanut" Woodard; and her siblings, Mattie Bell Wilson, Celestine Williams, Jurell Willis, Evelyn Sailem, Elise McCrimmon, Herbert Woodard, Willie Woodard and Grady Woodard.
She is survived by: her brother John Woodard of Jacksonville; her daughters, Angela of Dublin, GA. and Patricia Woodard of Dublin, GA.; her grandchildren, Bridgett Cuyler (Rico), Jeremy Woodard, Jerry Hawkins, Mary Marshall, Melvin Woodard (Alexis), Shunterica Woodard, Chiquita Floyd, April Bryant (Akio) and Ladandr Hobbs; her great grandchildren, Amerie, Kei'ani, Brayden, Laila, Miyonna, Jerry, Benjamin, Alivia, Jakeelan, Elizabeth, Ricaylia, Ar'mani, Dorio and Nautica; her son-in-law Jerry Hawkins Sr.; and her close friends, Dannis Jones and Princess.
