She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith of Washington and Vida Davis Smith; her husband Julius Colon Edwards; her children, Jack Edwards and Shirley Ann Mooney; and her siblings, Hazel Forrest, Carolyn Handley and Troy Smith.
She is survived by: her son Mike Edwards of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Wanda Fountain, Wayne Mooney, Wendy Royal, Andrew Edwards and Rebecca Edwards; and her sister Mazie McLendon of Dublin. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
