He is survived by: his parents, Sammy Jackson, Jr. and Goria Horne (Cortez); his close friend Charita Morris of Dublin; his children, My'Jerria Carey, My'Kerria Carey, Makayla Carey and Mariah Carey of Dublin; his godchildren, Richye and Rikaden Collins of Dublin; his siblings, Shunta Carey of Dublin, Fredricka Carey of Wrightsville, Jasmine Davis of Baltimore and Antonio Graddy; his aunts and uncles, Terry Snell of Detroit, C. Carey, Jr. of Wrightsville, Terell Jackson of New Jersey, Virgina Snell, Tanya Carey of Wrightsville, Annette Carey of Dublin, Vera Thomas (Jimmy) of Wrightsville and Kimberly Jackson of New Jersey; and his friend Laforie Montford of Dublin. He is also survived by seven nieces and six nephews, and four great-nephews.
