He was predeceased by: his father Gary Steve Spivey. He is survived by: his mother Rose Forth Spivey of Dublin; his children, Ethan Spivey and Skylar Spivey of Dublin; his brothers, Bryan Spivey (Krystal) of Soperton and Daniel Spivey (Amanda) of Dublin; and his nieces and nephews, Walker and Layne Spivey.
