He is survived by: his siblings, Jody Talbott (Pam) of McDonough, GA, Mark Talbott of Dublin, GA and Chuck Talbott (Heather) of Minneapolis, MN.; his children, Michael Talbott (KC) of Dublin, GA and Brook Elsberry (Trey) of Temple, GA.; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Talbott, Carson Elsberry and Ensleigh Elsberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
