He is survived by: his wife Lisa Savage Toler of Dublin; his children, Kelly Toler (Julie) of Dublin, Nicholas "Nick" Graham of Dublin, Kimberly Anthony (Travis) of Oak Park and Jennifer Renfroe (Dustin) of Rentz; his siblings, David Toler of Adairsville and Teresa Bellflower (Bruce) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Meaghan Moses of Rentz, Addysen Deal (McKade Kight) of Mt. Vernon, Charlie Graham of Rentz, Cresleigh Renfroe of Rentz, Chase Renfroe of Rentz, Carley Renfroe (Randall Westberry) of Rentz, Lyndsey Graham (Maddie) of East Dublin, Macee Graham (Chance Oliver) of East Dublin, Lily Graham of East Dublin, Hope Bowen of Evans, CO, Ashton Jackson (Evan) of Milledgeville, Anna Anthony of Dublin, Sadie Toler of Dublin and Sophia Toler of Dublin; his great grandchildren, Hailey Jackson of Milledgeville, Atia Jaramillo of Evans, CO, Ariana Jaramillo of Evans, CO, Angelina Jaramillo of Evans, CO and Marcos Jaramillo of Evans, CO; and his close friend Wayne Starley of Fayetteville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Stanley Funeral Home (1320 US-441, Dublin, GA 31021). A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel (1320 N Jefferson St, Dublin, GA 31021).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Atrium Health Navicent Children's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Monty's memory.
