He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McCloud and Claudia McCloud; his wife Grace McCloud; his siblings, Benjamin McCloud, George Jr. McCloud, Annie B. Moore (Jack), Teresa Humphreys and Agnes Byers; and his brother-in-law Supt. Ira Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Charlene McCloud; his grandson Nicholas McCloud; his children, Derrick McCloud (Deidra) and Melissa Williams (Fred); his brother Winfred L. McCloud (Alberta); his grandchildren, Whitley Williams, Fred II Williams (Chasity), Gracelyn Williams, Antwuan Gray and Joseph Gray; his great grandchild Carter Williams (Shirley Hall); and his sisters-in-law, Inez Edwards, Marilyn McCloud and Florene Guy (William). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
