He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Perry and Vivie Fordham Perry; his wife Jacquelyn Mayo Perry; his stepdaughter Dorothy Lynn Estes Springer; and his siblings, James Fordham Perry, Joan Perry Pass and Betty Perry Jones.
He is survived by: his son Andrew N. Perry (Lisa) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his grandson John Wesley Berry, III of Atlanta. He is also survived by several nieces, and a nephew.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Hills Baptist Church (1370 Briarcliff Rd, Macon, GA 31211).
