It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Lee Yates Jr. of Dublin, Georgia, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Cofield Yates and Norman Lee; and his sister Shirley Morris. He is survived by: his wife Gail Yates of Dublin; his children, Norman Lee Yates, III (Andrea) of Savannah, GA, Dennis Todd Yates of Dublin, Allison Yates Clark (Sean) of Dublin and Mandy Yates Smith (Jason) of Dublin; and his grandchildren, Emersyn, Ford Yates of Savannah, GA, Ryland Yates of Dublin, Greyson of Dublin, Madelyn Gail Clark of Dublin, Amelia of Dublin, Aubrey of Dublin and Adley Smith of Dublin.
