He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Sawyer Willis; his parents, Cecil Willis and Alice Floyd Willis; his brothers, Tommy Willis (Shirley) and Billy Willis (Betty Ann); and his brother-in-law Al Sawyer (Marie).
He is survived by: his children, Sally Daniels (John) of Dublin and Bert Willis (Shirley) of Indio, CA; his godson Charles Hendricks (Marlene) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Brooke Carr (Blake), Marina Daniels of Dublin and Grant Daniels of Dublin; his great grandchildren, Maclairah Carr of Dublin and Walker Carr of Dublin; his friend Dr. Ed Fitzgerald of Dublin; and his caregivers, Angela, Tamika, Bailey, Tammy, Tashema and Stephanie.
