He is survived by: his daughters, Aurelia Wells (Ria) and Deborah Wells Williams; his grandchildren, Skylar Wells and Danielle Shealey; his siblings, Elizabeth Johnson, Ella Mae Ashley, Gloria Vanover Figueroa and Milton Wells; his niece Dee Dee; and his great-aunt Gloria Figueroa.
