He is survived by: his wife Michelle Louise Watson Fulghum of Wrightsville; his children, Hannah Elizabeth Fulghum of Wrightsville and Sean Austin Fulghum (Danielle) of Wrightsville; his grandsons, Sean Alexander Fulghum and Joseph Clark Fulghum; and his siblings, Byron Fulghum (Tammy) of Minter, Crystal Johnson (Doug) of East Dublin and Suzanne Copaz (Daniel) of Dublin.
