He was predeceased by: his parents, Idellar Brown Daniel and Jessie Daniel; and his sister Lillie Mae Corbett. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Daniel; and his children, Natasha Daniel, Jerone Daniel (Claudia Daniel), Tyrone Daniel and Destiny Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
