She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Elsie Stapleton and Pamela Jean Dukes Stapleton; and her siblings, Charles Alvin Watson, Jr., Lisa Darlene Stapleton, Pamela Yvonne Stapleton and James Joseph Stapleton.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Johnson; her daughter Holly Ann Johnson; and her siblings, Lynn Stapleton, Ronald "Sam" Stapleton and Deborah Rose Stapleton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
