He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Mae Fulford and Robert Leo Kosten Sr.; his siblings, Robert "Bobby", Leslie "Gene" Kosten and Debbie Kosten Rauch; his parents-in-law, Emaline Hunter, Willie, Lorraine Lee and Shamakaye Lee of Hickox, GA.; and his child Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
He is survived by: his wife Melbrey Hunter Kosten; his son Timothy "Scott" Kosten Jr. of East Dublin; his brothers-in-law, Carlton Rauch of Gowen and George "Tommie Conner of Folkston, GA; his nieces and nephews, Karen Hand (Darrell), Carla "Kim Lee, Travis Hand (Tracey), Chelsea Hand, Mark Warren, Brandi Warren, Krystal Kosten Ikard, Elizabeth, Hunter and Robert "Bobby" Kosten Jr. (Lisa); his close friends, Richard Tillman, Terry Sapp Burke, Mackie Lawrence, Glen and Cherly Waters; his daughter Kitrea Nicole Clay (Travis); his grandchildren, Tucker, Railey Claire and Trey Clay; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Crews (Archie), Sephen, Emily, Cora and Ellie Crews.
