He was predeceased by: his father Eugene O'Neal; his brother Spencer O'Neal; his mother-in-law Claudia Stanley; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Stanley and Jimmy Ussery.
He is survived by: his mother Ella Mae O'Neal; his wife Sandra O'Neal; his children, Terrance O'Neal and Daryl O'Neal (Amanda); his siblings, Elaine Evans (Willie), Linda Ussery, Fred O'Neal (Janice), Larry O'Neal (Amy), Vincent O'Neal, Genola Jackson, Lawanda Duff (Gerod) and Marquita Timmons (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Eric Stanley (Lois) and Coylitia O'Neal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and his church family.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shady Grove Baptist Church (679 Shady Grove Church Rd, Dublin, GA 31022).
