He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "J. T." Killingsworth and Vita Pearl Dixon Killingsworth. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Denise White (David), Shawn Matthew Killingsworth (Dosia Spence) and Joshua Thomas Edgar Killingsworth. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
