He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Booker and Gertrude Booker; his daughter Tammy Selzer; and his siblings, Richard Booker, Wallis Booker, Roberta Battaglia and June Lintner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole "Nikki" Rhodes, Jennifer Studley (Lenard) and Kandy Schorer; his grandchildren, Chase Parks, Christopher Martin (Monica), Amanda Powell, Michael Powell (Lauren), Allison Hunter, Zachary Powell, Stephanie Powell and Kaylee Studley; and his sister Holly Weichers (Craig). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
