He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Clay (Cecelia) and Sherry Forth; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle F. Brown, Bernie Forth, Michael Clay, Jr., Brian Clay and Shawn Clay. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great- grandnephew.
