He is survived by: his children, Tammie Cartee (Gordon) of Madison, Rodney Manley (Holly) of East Dublin, Russell Manley (Missy) of Augusta and Greg Manley (Kellie) of Dexter. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
