He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sue Watson Goforth; his children, William Lloyd Goforth III, James Steven Goforth, Betty Sue Coressel (James), Cynthia Maria Pilkenton and Theressa Redmond (John); and his siblings, Linda Huggins, Faye Canter and Jack Goforth. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grand grandchildren.
