He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Wood and Pat Musselwhite Wood. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Pettis Wood of Dexter; his children, Charles Casey Freis of Elko and Kelly Brook Freis of Elko; his stepson Charles Lee Gaddis of Snellville; his siblings, Albert Randall "A. R." Wood (Sandy) of Robbinsville, NC, Joan McDermott of Rockmart and Cathy Baker (Len E.) of Union, KY; and his grandchildren, Tristan C. Freis, Preston E. Freis, Heather R. Orr (Jason), Hayden Wilson (Morgan) and Jakub Roberts (Alexis). He is also survived by 5 great-granddaughters.
