He was predeceased by: his father Charles David "Ramp" Parker; and his grandparents, Ben Parker, Sr., Madge Prescott Parker, Lannie R. Lynn and Annie Laura Lynn.
He is survived by: his son William Kendall Parker, II of Dublin; his mother Jackie Lynn Parker; and his sister Shelia Parker Youmans (Kim). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
