He was predeceased by: his father William Glenn Skinner. He is survived by: his mother Ann Stewart Skinner Carden of Dublin; his wife Cathy Edwards Skinner of Dublin; his son Kyle Skinner of Dublin; his siblings, Lisa Skinner Sirmans (Roy) of Edisto Beach, SC and Chris Skinner (Katrina) of Dexter; his stepsister Zona Neumans of Dublin; and his stepchildren, William Simpson (Chris) of Warner Robins and Heather Andritsch (Andy) of Westminster, MD. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
