She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Bailey Powell Roberson and Robert Lee Powell, Sr.; her husband Roy T. Foskey (Georgia); and her siblings, Betty Ellis, Janice Donaldson, James T. Powell and Robert Lee Powell.
She is survived by: her children, William Ray Foskey (Ann), Deborah Ann Graham (Roger Folsom), Beverly Gay Grimes (Jimmy) and Henry Wayne Foskey (Tina); and her grandchildren, Chris Hatcher, Michelle Foskey, William Foskey, Nicholas Graham, Michael Graham (Jennifer), Brad Grimes (Kimberly), Eric Grimes (Shay), Shannon Spires (Jon), Dana Oxford (Blaine) and Thomy Foskey (Macey). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dublin First Church of the Nazarene (312 Telfair St, Dublin, GA 31021). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Northview Cemetery (1225 N Franklin St, Dublin, GA 31021).
