He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Girard and Carolyn Girard Hamilton; and his brother Pat Girard. He is survived by: his brothers, Mitchell Girard (Me Quan), Gary Girard (Kathi), Jeffrey Girard and Scott Girard (Cheryl). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews and 5 great great nieces and nephews.
