He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Heard; his son David Heard (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Cole Heard (Julia) of Jefferson and Brianna Heard of Duluth; his great grandchild Lylagrace Heard of Jefferson; and his sister Jackie Bond (Gary) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
