She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Warren Harvey and Juanita Harvey; and her siblings, Dale Harvey and Dee Henry. She is survived by: her husband Ken Evans; her sons, Michael Evans (Jennifer Collins) and Mark Evans (Cindy); and her brother Don Harvey (Linda).
