He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Ellen McNamara; and his siblings, Helen, Winifred, Francis and Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline M. Tully McNamara; and his sons, Stephen (Judy) of Stoughton, MA, Paul (Patricia) of Cumming, GA and James (Stacey) of Johns Creek, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
