He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Johnny Mills; his grandmother Greer; his wife Merle Mills; his children, Robin Hudson, JoAnn (Tommy Carnes) and John (Barbara Hill); and his siblings, Delores Davis, Joyce Evans, Gwenn Ewing, Lamar Greer and John David Mills. He was also cherished by grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
