It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Griffin (Duluth, Georgia), who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billie Griffin; her brother Pete Colbert; and her daughters, Jacqueline Lea Griffin and Christie Griffin Amores. She is survived by: her son Wheeler E. Griffin; her great grandchildren, Devin Griffin, Rachel Santos, Nicole Amores, Lincoln Santos and Ava Amores; and her siblings, Don Colbert and Frances Matthews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marie's name to the Kidney Foundation of America.
