He is survived by: his wife Elsie McCurley; his brother John Euel McCurley; his children, Tim McCurley (Judy), Paula Garmon (Ronnie) and Lori Grindle (Kerry); his brother Larry Wayne McCurley Sr. (Hazel); his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Mays, Robbie Gooch (Kenneth), Vickie Jones (Donald), Stanley Mays (Doris) and Tony Mays (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Jessica Paniccia (Zachary), Morgan Bourdage (Taylor) and Joshua Grindle; and his great grandchild Ivy Paniccia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
