He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Alice; and his brothers, Millard Lamar Palmer, Michael Palmer and Douglas Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Christa Palmer; his children, Angie Palmer Cooper (Brian) of Colorado Springs, CO and Missy Palmer Purcell (Mark) of Lilburn, GA.; and his grandsons, Austin Grantham, Braden Cooper, Bryce Cooper, Harrison Purcell, William Purcell and Matthew Purcell.
