W. "Dove" James, Varlonus "Red" James and Herschell James; her sister-in-law Bessie Horton James; and her siblings' children, Ira Jean "Tot" Mincey, Pamela James Carr, Varlonicia James and John C. Mincey, Jr..

She is survived by: her caregiver LaDeisha Williams (Dennis); her son Johnnie Lee; her pet Johnnie Earl "Big Jim" James (Lena); her grandchildren, Christopher James, La Monta James (Amy), Lakiya Thomas, Lekesha Jackson, Kendrick Montford, Sommer James, YoKisha Wright (Mackenzie), Lakendra Devoe (Anthony), Kiara Wells (Michael), Alejandro James and Tellie Kirtz; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy James and Emma Lois James; her caregivers, Oclavius Norris and Taylor Norris; and her great grandchildren, Alfonzo Webb and Jaquavius Hill. She is also survived by other great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
