She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Waters and Hattie Dudley Clark; her husband Frank Rufus Kellam, Sr.; her children, Frank Kellam, Jr., Knight Kellam and Louise Kellam; and her granddaughter LaTunja Kellam.
She is survived by: her daughter Juanita Kellam Harvey; her sisters, Ruby Brown, Delores Fields of Wilmington, Jannie Mae Clark and Lillie B. Outlaw of Jacksonville; her sister-in-law Linda Outlaw of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, LaShundra Foreman, LaTisha Foreman, Timothy Harvey, Baja Harvey, Edward Harvey, Michael Harvey and Kamal Kellam. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Bethel AME Church (1820 New Buckeye Rd, East Dublin, GA 31027).
