She is survived by: her husband Rickey Carter; her children, Lewis Jevon Carter (Crystal), Daniel Carter (Cameron), Jesse Carter (Amber) and Felicia Carter-Cason; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Carter Hood (Tyler), Cayleigh Carter Franco (Kevin), Shelby Carter, Ava Carter, Addie Carter, Elizabeth Cason, Gage Carter, Brody Carter, Noah Fratilla and Devin Leton; and her siblings, Sherry Watson, Gay Shepard (Stacey), Terresa Ivey (Ken), Lance Watson (Carla), Rex Watson (Karen) and Cliff Watson (Lori). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Graham Memorial Church of Nazarene (112 Graham Church Rd, East Dublin, GA 31027).
