He is survived by: his caregiver Tonya Ann Lewis; and his siblings, Angie Anderson of Acworth, GA, Randy Anderson of Tarrytown, GA, Ray Rogers of Glenwood, GA and Carla Rogers of Glenwood, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
