He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Frank Lowe, Sr. of Savannah and Louise Strickland Sorrow of Macon; and his siblings, Frank Lowe (Bubba) and Vivian Danforth. He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Bracewell Lowe; his children, Rick Lowe (Heather), Deb Collins, Rachael Rogers (Justin) and Kevin Lowe; his siblings, Billy Lowe, Sr. (Barbara) and Shirley Cranford; and his close friend Billy Mosley. He is also survived by grandchildren; and one precious great-grandchild.
