He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cornelius Farmer, Sr. and Dorothy Rawls Farmer; and his siblings, James Cornelius Farmer, Jr. and Cynthia Diane Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Terrell Farmer; his son Stephen "Tim" T. Farmer, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Berteshia "Tina" Farmer; his grandsons, Stephen T. Farmer, III and Christian T. Farmer; and his siblings, Bernard Kent Farmer, Donald E. Farmer (Anita), Dr. Gerry Farmer and Dr. Gerald Farmer (Lisa). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
