Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Pernie for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowery Macbeth Thomas and Lizzie Lee Payne Thomas; her spouse Isbell; and her son-in-law Stanley. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy, Connie and Cindy; and her sister-in-law Mozelle Isbell. She is also survived by her three daughters, son-in-law, four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Special Olympics, Augusta Stars.
