He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Noah and Joyce Smith Bowden; and his siblings, Symantha Bowden and Delane Bowden. He is survived by : his sons, Justin Bowden of Eastanollee and Bryan Bowden of Eastanollee; the mother of his children Toni Bowden; his sister Darlene; his brother-in-law Joseph Wachira of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Dalen Cade Caudell-Bowden and Lila Gavina-Bowden; and his friend Patty Hatch.
