He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Peacock and Jack Dempsey Sheffield; and his niece Kari Cofield. He is survived by: his sons, Dan Sheffield and Cody Sheffield; his grandchildren, Daython, Tucker and Ty Sheffield; his sister Pam Cofield; and his close friend Judy Lowery.
