She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Selph and Carolyn Moore Selph; her husband Samuel David Collins, Jr.; her grandson Joseph Willis; and her brothers, Wayne Selph, Don Selph and Randall Selph.
She is survived by: her children, John Willis (Lisa) of Byron, Saralyn Collins (Chuck White) of Macon and David Collins, III (Amber) of Lexington, SC.; her grandchildren, Joshua Willis, Christina Mullis, Alex Spires (Blayne), Dylan Floyd (Hunter), Kalob Willis, Carolina Ivy Collins and Samuel David Collins, IV; her great grandchildren, Kinley Willis, Jaxson Dawson, Emmersyn Mullis, Eazy Willis and Kaizleigh Willis; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Selph, Debbie Selph and Diane Selph. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Milan Baptist Church (4007 4045 Milan-Rhine Hwy, Milan, GA 31060). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
